肝脾γδ T细胞淋巴瘤1例报告及文献复习

摘要：We used routine pathological immunohistochemical method to observe a case of hepatosplenic T cell lymphoma. The main symptoms of the patient were fever, hepatomegaly, splenomegaly,jaundice and cytopenias. The spleen and bone marrow biopsy showed hepatosplenic γδ T-cell lymphoma with marrow invasion. Immuno-histochemistry showed the tumor cells expressed CD20 (-),CD2 partly(+ ),CD3(+ ),CD5 (-),CD7(十), CD8 (-),CD4(-),CD56(+) ,TIA1(+). Hepatosplenic γδ T cells lymphoma is a rare type of lymphoma with specific clinical pathological,immunophenotype and cytogenetics features.
