CisAB01血型的血清学及基因型分析——附2例报告

摘要：To clarify the ABO blood group molecular mechanism using gene analysis of two cases which were serological identified as CisAB.Forward and reverse group methods were used to determine the blood serological type.ABO genes were detected by PCR-SSP originally,exon 6 and 7 of DNA were analyzed by sequencing.The two specimens were identified as AB blood subtype with serologic evidence of strong H antigens expression and serum weak agglutination with B cell.The PCR genotype results were all CisAB.Gene sequencing conformed to CisAB01/O01 gene type with the results of 261delG,297A/A mutation of exons 6 and the 467C＞T,803G＞C mutation of exons 7 compared with A101 nucleotide sequencing.
