抗M抗体、抗Lea抗体以及自身冷抗体引起的输血交叉配血不合1例

摘要：Irregular antibody refers to blood type antibody except ABO blood group antibody.Irregular antibodies can cause hemolytic transfusion reaction and destroy the red blood cells or shorten theirs life,then affect the effect of blood transfusion and even life-threatening.Therefore,it is very important to have clinical blood typing and irregular antibody screening.This center laboratory found 1 case combined anti-M antibodies,anti-Lea antibodies and cold autoantibodies which caused blood cross-matching incompatibility before blood transfusion antibody screening experiment.
