免疫性血小板减少症的免疫机制研究进展

摘要：Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is an acquired autoimmune disease,and its pathogenesis is still not very clear.Modern research has found that the occurrence of ITP is not only related with humoral immunity,but also related to cellular immunity.The pathogenesis of ITP is related to immune cells and their secretion of cytokines,like T cells,B cells,NK cells,DC cells,co stimulatory molecules,as well as transcription factors,mechanism of deacidification,miRNAs.Pathogenesis of ITP as well as the selection of treatment and evaluation of the effect after treatment is associated with immune factors.
