CD19-CART技术在B细胞淋巴瘤及白血病中的应用进展

摘要：B-cell lymphoma and leukemia are the most common subtypes of malignant lymphoma.In recent years,relapse and refractory to multiple therapy are the main reasons of treatment failure.Because of specific cellsurface loci,the CD19 antigen on B cells could be recognized by chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-T cells.The proliferation of CAR-T cells can not do without the CD19 antigen stimulation continuously.Therefore,the acute or chronic lymphocytic leukemia and lymphoma cells will be killed effectively.This article will review the efficacy,adverse reactions and side effect of CAR-T cell in treatment of B cell lymphoma and leukemia.
