原发免疫性血小板减少症中氧化应激及抗氧化治疗的研究进展

摘要：Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is a common autoimmune disease characterized by thrombocyto penia,with or without skin,mucosal bleeding symptoms.Oxidative/antioxidative system imbalances caused by oxidative stress reaction is an important pathogenetic mechanism of ITP.Correcting oxidative stress responses can reduce platelet destruction.This article reviews studies of recent progress in the effect of oxidative stress responses on the pathogenesis of ITP,which shed new light on the prevention and treatment of ITP.
