2015年美国AABB血小板输注指南解析

摘要：A large number of platelets is applied in American hospital every year,but there has been no relevant clinical transfusion guidelines.In 2015,the American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) organized experts from relevant transfusion fields (include classification methodology) to reviewed systematically and evaluated the published research literature in 1946 to 2014,and put forward the six platelets transfusion recommendations according to the Grading of Recommendations Assessment.We parse the six recommendations in this paper.
